All customers must agree and abide by the following conditions:
All dogs being kenneled with
Pawz4Thought must be able to get on with other dogs as they will be in close
contact with them at all times. We will also not accept any dog that shows
signs of aggression.
All dogs being kenneled with Pawz4Thought must be upto date with their
vaccinations and in general good health. If your dog/dogs have any medical
problems, these must be discussed with us before we agree to kennel any
dog/dogs. All vaccination cards must be presented at the time of kenneling
and left with the dog during its stay with us. If this is not complied
with, then dogs will not be allowed to be kenneled with us.
Payment
Payment is to be made at the time of dropping the dog/dogs off for kennelling
unless both parties have agreed otherwise. A deposit may be required under
certain circumstances. A contract will be deemed as active once a booking has
been made and or payment has been received.
Force Majure
Pawz4Thought
will not be liable for any breach of agreement, due to acts of God, civil
commotion, riots, floods, drought , fire or other cause beyond our reasonable
control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Liability
Under no circumstances shall Pawz4Thought be responsible for any indirect,
incidental or consequential damages.
