We open for business at 7.30a.m. weekdays and 9.00a.m. on Sundays. Most dogs arrive for day care by 9.30am. We walk all the dogs about 10.30a.m. till about 11.30a.m. and then when we all get back we all have a treat. Once the dogs are rested, those who have lunch/afternoon meal are fed.

After lunch, the dogs are free to play in the garden with the other dogs or just relax and have a nap till about 2.30p.m.,  when we all have another walk. Once back, the dogs have another treat, and we spend time in the afternoon playing games; ball throwing, tug of war etc.  In the summer we get the paddling pool out for the dogs to splash around in and those that just want a cuddle get to have just that.

In the winter time and cold spells we always have the under floor heating on so that it is nice and toasty for the dogs.

Any grooming needs as well as medication is administered at the owners request at the stipulated times during the day. Also, if a dog requires a pre arranged visit to the vets while they are with us then we are happy to do this at the owners request.

Pawz4Thought is a boarding kennels just for dogs, but with a major difference, we have no cages, no concrete runs and no drafty out buildings. Rather, we offer a loving family home where your dogs will be made very welcome for the length of their stay with us.

We have specifically created a safe and comfortable garden and run area for your dogs, as well as plenty of indoor space.  One thing your dog is guaranteed when staying with us is plenty of attention.
